I visit this restaurant specifically for their Chicharrones. I can always count on them being in stock, as no one else offers them as frequently.

The marinated meat sold by the pound is excellent for grilling. This small grocery store offers a wide range of ingredients for preparing Mexican home-cooked meals. They also have a selection of freshly baked Mexican bread. Additionally, you can buy delicious hot food, including pork and chicken tamales, which are simply fantastic.

I purchased pork belly with skin, and the employee served me so quickly that I assumed it was due to the New Year rush. I trusted him and, full of excitement, began to cook it. Unfortunately, I discovered that the meat was spoiled and had a terrible sour smell. As a PhD student in food science, I believe he must have known it was rotten when he sold it to me. This is utterly unacceptable!

This restaurant is an excellent spot for authentic Hispanic cuisine. Most of the staff are bilingual in Spanish and English, and some even speak languages from the indigenous communities of Central America. I’m always impressed by the cleanliness of this La Michoacana. The employees are consistently friendly and bring a cheerful atmosphere. Their meat market is definitely worth a visit, offering a great selection at competitive prices. I’ll continue to shop here and truly enjoy it!
