All The Kings Men - Bryan

We visited a charming little bar and restaurant in downtown Bryan after an Aggie game, and overall, it was a great experience. The BBQ we had for lunch was delicious, and the service was excellent. However, their taps were out of order, which was a bit disappointing since I was looking forward to trying one of their impressive craft beers. We had to settle for a can of standard domestic beer instead. I did hear that they will be rebranding soon to focus on hot chicken. We dined in, and the ambiance was nice.

The brisket was doable, but to be honest the bark was way too salty and service wasn't great Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Atmosphere was lively, waitress was friendly and attentive, brisket was decent with a Smokey flavor, turkey was highly seasoned and a bit dry, beans were good, brisket sandwich was ok. Food was really good. I ordered brisket and cheddar jalepeño sausage with potato salad. The brisket was the perfect tenderness and the sausage was amazing. The potato salad was also very good. I tried the coleslaw as well and as someone who isn't normally a fan of it, I found it to be very tasty and creamy. Will come back! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

So this was my first Texas Bbq and it did not disappoint! I walked in feeling out of place but was immediately greeted by a very warm and friendly waitress who was extremely diligent to get me settled in and hydrated (it 's been hot like hot never knew y 'all! . I ordered the fattier brisket and the chicken quarter. The brisket was so tender it almost crumbled when you touched it... and did so when trying to pick it up with a fork! It was delicious without the sauce, but the sauce... took things to another orbit. The chicken had that strange taste that good bbq has i can 't put my finger on but it was good too, and with the sauce... it was a whole other world! I didn 't think sauce would make much difference bc i genuinely like the natural flavors, but this was so good i couldn 't stop flooding my plate with it! The fries were also piping hot, crispy and delicious! The waitress was so kind to everyone... other customers, other coworkers, me... What a plus on top of delicious food! Thank you!
