Contribuiți la feedbackAlthough the restaurant's location may make you hesitant at first, as it is surrounded by tourist traps, the food is actually amazing. They specialize in grilled meat, which is done expertly. The fries are better than average, and the sauces are exceptional. If possible, try to get a table with a view of the Grand Place.
This restaurant serves perfectly cooked steaks and ribs over a charcoal grill by the chef-owner. Personally, I prefer the garlic ribs which are accompanied by a delicious post-grilling garlic oil sauce. Whether it's the Argentinian rump steak or the Irish ribeye, the stakes are always cooked perfectly. The ribeye is priced at 33 Euros for a standard cut but is definitely worth it. A full rack of ribs is only 23 Euros and can be enjoyed with Belgium frites or a jacket potato, which I highly recommend. The jacket potato is not your standard baked potato, but a twice baked potato filled with ham and bacon bits, making it divine. Despite being located just off the main plaza of Brussels, the prices are very reasonable, especially considering everything is cooked over a charcoal grill. The food is outstanding and the service is prompt and courteous. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves ribs or great steaks.
My crew stated this was the best meal of the trip. Fantastic steaks, and shrimp and scallop potatoes. Whew..this is a heck of a restaurant..
This restaurant is the perfect spot to satisfy your meat cravings. The service is fantastic and the meats are delicious. I tried the lamb and ribs, and they were absolutely delicious!
Decent meat but poor options and poor service. The meat was good and well cooked although a bit pricy for what it is. The side options were terrible. I 'm a fitness athlete so I have got to be careful about sauces and extra dressing and they basically told me that all the healthy siders they had (potato, salads etc... were pre-made and already filled with sauce...seriously? I had booked a table via their voicemail but they didn 't get reservation. That wasn 't a problem since we were accommodated promptly, but what is the point of having a voicemail if you don 't use it? The waiter looked very much in a hurry and tried to rush us through our meal (it was 10PM ..still we are in the centre of town of a European capital. If you wanna be in a hurry to go home, don 't open a restaurant! It could improve its service a lot.
