A little sleazy place but women who dance on Friday evening. Possibility of smoking inside

Night bar, lots of more or less old customers, girls who accompany some loners, the familiar thing....

With colleagues, we went there on a Friday evening, during one of their famous topless evenings. We arrived in a smoking environment, everyone was smoking inside the bar, not very friendly towards non-smokers. The place is quite old and small, the clientele is quite elderly and the service at the bar is quite fast. But actually, the waitresses are not very cheerful and sometimes very cold. Concerning the prices I find that the prices are quite exorbitant, especially after midnight the boss suddenly decides to double the price of the drinks, strange to do that when you don't have happy hour... Quite honestly, I find that the reputation of the place is quite overrated, the Saint-Plon resembles the multitude of neighborhood bistros in Brussels. Nothing very attractive!
