Contribuiți la feedbackI’ve been wanting to try this place for such a long time and it did not disappoint. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Service was impeccable. They adjusted all the menu to my dietary intolerances (gluten and lactose). The place is beautiful with a great vibe. Not noisy at all so you can actually have conversations without shouting and you feel like you can have your privacy in the corner of your table. Pleasantly surprised. We feel the passion in each member of the team. Everything is explained precisely, we are advised on the accompaniments, the open kitchen is a real plus. In short, a very nice surprise, a super elaborate vegetarian menu, 4 dishes sufficiently filling so as not to be hungry when leaving. For €38/menu I say yes, yes, yes! Bravo to the team, it's really nice to see so much passion emanating from a hospitality establishment these days.
Went to Savage form dinner twice and both times loved the food and the experience ! The quality of the products was excellent and the flavours very original and well balanced. I would definitely recommend getting some additional small plates. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I really love this place but the speed of the service definitely needs to improve. I get it that it wants to give the vibe of a slow food restaurant, but sitting for 2.5h for 4 (small) dishes seemed a bit excessive. Another thing to improve: it was soooo cold! Way too cold for a restaurant, especially given dishes were taking so long to arrive. Food was amazing, the only thing is out of 4 dishes only one of them was warm, the other ones were a cold concept.
My favorite restaurant in bx for the dishes. Mastery of cooking, seasonings, deep sauces, at least the dishes are good and often very good and sometimes favorites. Simple cuisine in the positive sense of the term, we don 't get lost in the shows off of original tastes, the indulgence is always present while maintaining the elegance, so well thought out, I have nothing to complain about the chef 's style. Very snobbish service, we feel that we are expecting large orders with sides of meat and fish and bottles of wine. I 'm passionate about cooking and clearly the dishes are very well thought out vegetarian, the sides clearly give the impression of trying to increase the ticket and nothing else, at least that 's my opinion. The sommelier, clearly very knowledgeable in natural wines, is unfriendly to me every time I go there, I read that he is not the only one, perhaps he should become a wine merchant? I didn 't like the rye bread at all, like porridge 1 year ago, it has since been corrected and is very good, nothing to say. It 's rare in Brussels to make your own bread. Very loud techno music, that suits me but it often disturbs the guests I bring. Nice restaurant, nothing very original but it 's very well done. Sometimes I don 't like the desserts because they 're too punk but I like the risk taken and the chef 's commitment, at least he doesn 't get bored. The quantities are clearly planned so that sides are taken, I would have liked a supplement to eat full vegetarian and not be hungry. When we see Ioda at €58 which I find much less good than Savage, it wouldn 't bother me if it 's to eat more vegetables. Despite the flaws, I give it 5 stars because the quality of the cuisine is exceptional for the price compared to the more expensive veggie competitors that I have tried.
