This bar has a great atmosphere and a lengthy cocktail menu. It has a lively vibe every day of the week. I have visited both during the week and on weekends. The cocktails are expertly made and reasonably priced, with the largest selection I have seen in this part of Brussels.

I had my first experience at Stoefer on May 4th, 2023. Overall, I would rate the place 10/10, the drinks 10/10, and the staff 12/10, especially the boss. The table was a 9/10 for me, as I prefer having my own table. I definitely plan on returning.

The restaurant offers a variety of cocktails that are delicious. However, I have to give it two stars due to the rudeness of the server who was also waiting tables. When my payment didn't go through, she yelled and forcefully shoved the rejected receipts in my face, making me very uncomfortable. This type of behavior is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry where good service is crucial. In their defense, they did offer me a free shot to make up for it, which was a nice gesture. But they need to address this issue and improve their customer service.

The manager/cashier is really rude! We went there for a drink, and we paid to the waitress and got prepared to leave, the manager (a lady) came to ask us to pay again ! And even asked us in a very rude way to wait until she verifies with the waitress! Worse that she didn't even say SORRY after that!

It’s the best cocktail bar in Brussels. Top quality drinks. The service is tailored to everybody’s needs. The place to be in this neighbourhood!
