True Grits Steakhouse - Brush

My husband ate here last night and it was absolutely delicious. Steak was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy as well as the lobster tail. Soft homemade rolls and perfectly baked potato. Decor is older, but the owner was very pleasant and attentive. One of the hidden gems of Brush.

That was a good find for us because they were later opened than any other place we could find in a pinch. The owner and her father honed us and we enjoyed delicious, perfectly cooked steaks in a John Wayne-laden theme atmosphere. This restaurant has been in business for 20 years and is presumably enjoyed by locals who hopefully will continue to protect and keep going. The salad was not much to inspire, but the hand cut steaks were tender and beautifully spiced. Prices were light to high. Our bill for two adults and a child added $70 with just one beer.

Beautiful restaurant and food service but slightly salty on some food. Maybe cut or monitor the salt to dishes you cook.

I enjoyed my time there and enjoyed every bit of my meal. I ate a ribeye steak baked potato and chicken noodle soup it was delicious!!
