You come to expect great coffee and very good food in Melbourne’s cafe, and this one certainly delivered on expectations. The service was very good and we were made to feel welcome. Make sure you check out the blackboard options. There are both inside and outside tables. Will happily return to this cafe. Thanks for your vote.

Due to Covid restrictions we cannot sit down, except to wait for food. I enjoyed my wait for a Chicken Katsu Sandwich almost as much as I enjoyed my food. It turned out to be just a Chicken Schnitzel Sandwich (in a Turkish roll) with shredded lettuce and mayo, but it was delicious. I would like to sit longer and try the other food soon. The menu has a good range on interesting dishes, including vegetarian. I am sure they would have Vegan too, if asked.

Absolutely beautiful coffee served here. A magnificent brew. Lots of care taken choosing the beans and making it. There’s evidence pride in the whole process and it really shows. Slightly quirky but sort of endearing service. This is a lovely bright wide former shop with high ceilings. I liked the fit out. Good music on. Had a very good feel about it here. Nice place. I’ll be back for food at some point.

Badly needed a coffee after a morning of exploring the area. Blink and you'd miss thos little corner cafe...typical understated Melbourne. Decor completely minimalist, spartan and again typical inner city grungy Melbourne. Coffee good and strong, could be hotter. I ordered the vegan mixed grain salad which was a blackboard special. Tasty, nutritious and fresh. I'd come here regularly if I was a local.

Front dining area is the better option, can see all the action, the street, conveniently next to the espresso machine, especially if you like the sound of the steamer working its maguc froothing milk. If that's full, go to the side, outdoor area, brave the weather. The middle room has a good vantage view of the kitchen, but not enough natural light or artificial, not a great ambiance. Basic brunch menu, but well cooked and tasty. We learnt to appreciates their offering after a few visits.
