Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The dining room was as cold as a meat locker. staff had no clue about customer service.

This location had been great in the past. However, it looked like a disaster this last time. The coke machine had some type of corrosion on the side. In general things were not kept clean. Some lights needed replacing.

The food was excessively salty; unsure if it's a one-time issue, but I doubt I'll return to find out. It feels like an inferior version of Raising Cane's – not terrible, but not impressive either. The sauce was mediocre. They played Christian music consistently, which is fine, but not my preference. If the food had been better, the music wouldn't have bothered me, but unfortunately, the overall dining experience fell short.

My food came out fast and cold. The wait wasn't long so I'm guessing it was either old and had been sitting for a while or it was undercooked.

Was told we couldn’t have a fork after we spent $50 because we didn’t order food that required a fork but our 10 year old daughter had saucy chicken fingers and wanted to use a fork instead of her hands. A plastic fork is what the fuss was about and the we even offered to pay for the fork. Kind of stupid to deny a child a fork but maybe that’s just me
