Super simple menu a few things made very good. the rice paper rolls are vegan as well as the mushroom pho. the pho was so beautiful. four mushrooms branten and grilled with rice noodles and fresh Vietnamese mint and sprout. the room is cozy and demanding. the bar seat is fantastic watching her eat made. highly recommended. 5 stars, but hc only lets me put 4 because the place is not strictly vego.

I had the nudelsalat with tofu and mushroom kewers and it was deeelicious! although there are only three vegan variants, a small menu means fresh ingredients and high quality food. I also liked that the restaurant used only ethical sources of meat for its non-vegan options.

I mean, yes, technically, the half of the menu is vegan, but there are only 5 elements on the menu so they can go rice paper rolls, a vegan pho, or a vermicelli nudelsalat too fu. all of them can be found in many Vietnamese restaurants. I tried the pho a week in the afternoon. the broth was quite rich and tasteful and the color was also deep. I remember that the mushrooms came on the side and you put them as you eat, which meant that they were a beautiful crispy/called texture instead of going soggy and slim in the suppe. sprouts, lemon, fresh crinkled and all their seasoned are naturally served on the side as usual. the interieur is beautiful, but I did not find the atmosphere excessively warm. I enjoyed my suppe, but I'm not sure I'd go back. I don't really understand why people love being honest. if the menu is so limited, I expect the interpretations of the dishes are quite extraordinary and not. I think there are more delicious and different options on sydney rd.

If they like fungus, they should come here. they only have 5 dings on the menu, if they don't like pho then that's not the place for them

Such a beautiful little spot on Sydney road, the fit out is really clean and simple and the staff are friendly. Half the menu is vegan. There is a mushroom pho, mushroom and tofu vermicelli salad and vegan rice paper rolls. The pho is incredibly flavoursome and filled with different varieties of mushrooms. The pho was $15 from memory. They are yet to get a liquor license.
