Wendy's - Brunswick

Made a mobile order for window pickup because I have issues walking from a disability. Was told I must come in to get my order even after explaining I had disability. Once inside the short young laid with braids argued about my order. She got it wrong and got a attitude about me saying so. I may not can walk as good as needed but Im not mentally handicapped as this employee.

Guys here are super nice. Please give e some time they're shorthanded and out of onions.

I order a number 1 plain cheese only and a fish sandwich combo plain tarter only. I couldn't check it cause I was rushing back to the hospital before they locked the doors for the night. Barely made it. Got to the room and pulled the food out. The fries were cold and hard. Hamburgers was cold. The fish sandwich they scraped the pickle lettuce and cheese off of it. Took one bite and all I tasted was pickles. When I opened it you can see where they scraped the cheese off and pickle rings on the fish. Nasty. Will not go here again.

Fast food restaurant isnt so fast and quality has gone down dramatically.

This place took their job very seriously as everything was done to perfection. Even the fountain machine had every beverage flavor ready for your choosing. Central Florida could learn from this specific Wendy’s.Keep up the excellent work. You all did excellent, I kid you not.
