Taco Bell - Brunswick

The food and service were excellent; however, things took a turn when the manager came in and began reprimanding the staff in the back, which was audible to us in the dining area. She also approached the front of the restaurant to scold the hostess. Customers shouldn't have to witness that while trying to enjoy their meal. It was quite unprofessional.

We ordered grilled burritos for our group of nine, and they were prepared quickly and to perfection. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was very friendly and efficient!

It's Taco Bell! I really miss their ads featuring the little chihuahua because they captured that same feeling you get at the end of a Taco Bell visit. For anyone who hasn't tried it—though I find that hard to believe by now—it's definitely some of the best fast food Mexican cuisine around!

Drive thru was backed up with several vehicles after I had been in a six hour I95 traffic jam. Tired, hungry and they got us all taken care of in a timely manner. Very good service and professionalism.

Was disappointed in the service, first, no coke products, you have to ask for packets of sauce now! Then they ask you how many, when we sat down, no sauce in our bag, had to go to the counter again to get hot sauce. You can't get your own refills on your drinks, even though the drink fountain is still located in the dining room! My wife's burrito had remnants of beef in it, was very disappointed in our visit today! Outside the side door, entry door, it was a black Chevy truck parked in two parking spaces, no one else was in the dining room, so it must have belonged to an employee! I thought that was very selfish to customers also! Will not return for all the above mentioned reasons!
