Subway - Brunswick

Great service with all of the workers that have been there when I would come in for a late last minute dinner. Everything is always fresh and kept clean. The restaurant inside in general is very clean always stocked up.Side note -The shopping center is a little rough around the edges. Don't bring your coupons here to this location since it's a franchise.

Gal was nice but we received a coupon in the same area code and this was the only store that doesn’t accept them. They are the only store that does not honor them. They rip people off at the end with their coupons. The gal was nice but I asked if the mozzarella cost more but proceeded to charge me at check out. Not happy!

I had a positive experience with good food in a clean environment at this restaurant. The staff was also great.

I travel all over Ohio for work and have visited various Subway restaurants, and this one stands out as the cleanest. The staff was also very friendly. Keep up the good work!

I placed an online order for two "buy 1 footlong, get 1 free" deals. When I went to pick up my order, I was informed that the store does not accept coupons, despite the website stating otherwise. I asked to speak to the manager, but was told that they were not present. I am extremely disappointed and believe they should improve their customer service.
