I can't rave enough about this place. Strong Roots had their first full weekend opening, and they truly wowed us. The drinks were bold, intriguing, and crafted with captivating techniques. Chris, Matthew, and the rest of the team have plenty of exciting offerings up their sleeves, with even more coming in the months ahead. Fantastic and friendly farm to the table restaurant. Matthew is a James Beard nominated cook and will take care of you. A must.

Chef Raiford introduced me to an incredible ribeye served over a bed of kohlrabi. It was absolutely delicious! I wish I had taken a picture, but I just couldn't resist diving in right away!

I really enjoyed Strong Roots—the staff were fantastic, and the food and drinks were excellent. Unfortunately, they're no longer in business. The signage has been taken down, and the windows are covered with paper.
