Starbucks - Brunswick

Drinks were all fine, lady named Jenni sounded miserable while taking our order (especially after we asked to do two separate orders that totaled to only three drinks all together ? . She was not pleasant in her tone or in telling us they were out of something. Same attitude at the window. Easter is the day of resurrection, not to have a poor attitude!

I went to this starbucks almost everyday for five years, the store has gone down hill. I lowered my stars to 2. Its lack of management is a joke. Do a better job. Sorry but your coffee is not worth a 25 minute wait in a drive thru because the GM doesn’t know how to run a store.

While in this store I noticed another coffee shop across the street called The Human Bean . Wish I 'd seen it before I ordered. I would have tried it.

I was here to drop off an order for Instacart and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The manager even asked if we would like something to drink for doing the order for them. I didn't know what to get so she surprised me with a white chocolate mocha with brown sugar syrup blended frozen drink and OMG it was soooo good, my new favorite!

I accidentally drove past the speaker and couldn’t back out (I was picking up a mobile order), the barista COMPLETELY IGNORED ME (2/4 evening shift), I had to leave my kids in the car and run in to get order. SUCH rude staff, never coming here again!
