Burger King - Brunswick

I am extremely satisfied with the restaurant manager and the front line worker who bagged my food. Despite not serving lunch items yet, they still accommodated my order and even allowed me to substitute hashbrowns for fries. They were also very considerate of my severe nut allergy. Overall, I am very grateful for the team at this Burger King. Thank you all so much.

I visited this restaurant and encountered numerous issues with the service and staff. During my recent visit, I placed my order, waited for my food, and ultimately had to retrieve it myself. While trying to enjoy my meal, I was disrupted by two patrons loudly conversing. The lack of respect and attentiveness I experienced during my visit has deterred me from returning to this establishment.

Some of the most ignorant people working there, rude, and I think they were sick with sore throat while they were trying to serve

Although,I root for Burger King to make a come back. I have over the past Several years been Disgusted with the food quality. So I reluctantly stopped at this Burger King today And was pleasantly surprised. Both fries and onion rings were fresh And tasty. All the food was good. even, the fountain drink was good. Something I rarely get at a fast food chain anymore. People at windows were Friendly and great. Hope they keep it up. And thank you!

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The food, staff, and manager were all wonderful on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 11am when we were in the area. However, when we returned on Monday, January 29, expecting them to be open until 8pm as advertised, we found the doors locked at 7pm. We were disappointed as we wanted to sit down for a meal after work. I'm not sure what happened.
