Marco Polo Noodlebar - Brugge Centrum

I worked here the summer of 2018, and they bake and cook the vegan dishes in animal broth. Plus, they're denying it. Because of that reason I stopped working there. And selling themselves like a vegan restaurant. Maybe it's changed since they've had a new owner. I'm not aware of it.

I took a soup and my companion a ramen. Two excellent dishes with a multitude of tastes in the mouth. A treat for taste buds. Prices are not higher despite it's a big city. Not a lot of places so it's better to book. But I recommend it!

A surprising little restaurant in the heart of Bruges, the prices are surprisingly reasonable and the portions are generous! There are really some for all tastes with some vegetarian options. The atmosphere is good, the staff is helpful.

Not easy to find a place to dine in Bruges at a reasonable rate. We went to Marco Polo's house to eat noodles even if it's not very Flemish, and my faith we found a beautiful culinary getaway. Tasty and spicy dishes. Discreet and efficient quick service. A recommendation
