Would go back to Bruges just for Johns waffles! Warm, delicious and loads of topping options! Highly recommend the Belgium chocolate waffle!

Fantastic waffle fresh, warm, and straight off the iron. I don’t usually seek out treats like this, but am so glad I did. Highly recommend—absolutely delicious. We did a waffle with cream and strawberries. Pascal from #tellmeaboutbruges did not steer us wrong!

Best waffle in Belgium. Staff talks english and spanish. We tried the traditional waffle and the chocolate bubbles waffles. Both were amazing

The best waffles I’ve had anywhere in the world! John makes Liege waffles like nobody else—I first tried his waffles on a trip to Bruges in 2015, and they were just as delicious the second time around! I recommend the Liege waffle with strawberries and whipped cream—you wont regret it!

After having tried various waffles in Belgium, John's stood out by far. Extremely fresh and nicely caramelised and tasteful. We chose the seasonal hot cherries and loved it! Many people around us chose the fresh strawberries and how I wish I had more space in my stomach to order a second one! Will definitely come back!
