Origin'o - Bruges

Nursprung has relocated to the outskirts of the city in November 2017. The new location features a spacious and beautifully designed modern interior. They offer a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables in a separate, cooled room. Customers can enjoy freshly prepared vegan stew (platt du jour) for dining in or takeaway. They also serve freshly made vegan bread spreads. Additionally, they have a good selection of vegetable milk drinks, vegan yogurts, and plant-based meats. There is ample parking available in front of the restaurant. They only accept cards as payment, no cash.

The take-off plates are very delicious. the cook there is really amazing. I also like the fresh one he's making.

Every weekday jean marie makes a delicious vegan meal. it always contains several dinge, beautiful variation and always super tasty and healthy. love it so much. it's not cheap. normally it costs 12.5€. but it's organic.

For a town the size of Bruges, this restaurant offers a surprisingly good variety of typical grocery items perfect for stocking up at home. It's great for those staying in self-catering accommodations. They have a wide selection of vegetables, as well as some hard-to-find international foods and flavors like Japanese cuisine. While they don't have a large selection of ready-to-eat fresh food, they do offer some baked goods and bread. It would be helpful if they labeled their items with more information, such as whether they are vegan or not. The prices are reasonable.
