Champion Crepes - Broxtowe

I just found the best take-out restaurant in Nottingham. Their burgers are amazing, milkshakes delicious, and waffles incredible. I will definitely be returning here again.

I ordered from this restaurant twice in the past week, once with my friends. Unfortunately, both times the food never arrived. The delivery driver claimed to have the order, but it never showed up. Despite giving them another chance and ordering from my own address, the same thing happened again. The restaurant made excuses and told repeated lies about the whereabouts of the delivery driver and my order. It was clear from reading reviews that this is a common issue with this restaurant, with many customers experiencing the same lack of delivery. Their dishonesty and poor customer service make it clear that this restaurant cannot be trusted.

I ordered two consecutive days. 1st day waffles and smoothies (banana and mango) and chips waffles very dry. Smoothies it tasted like drinking crushed ice. No flavour of banana and mango.Chips not delivered but driver charged for the whole thing. Didnt even tell me that chips werent there. I called the shop and they were adamant that they called my phone to let me know but there was no voicemail left For food delivery it took 1hr and 15mins when the restaurant is 10mins away from my place. 2nd day i placed an order for burger meal and drink. I waited for an hr to get food but never received. Upon speaking to them, they cancelled my order without notifying me. Service is atrocious and i recommend to avoid this place.

Tonight we ordered 5 different desserts, but it took an hour for them to arrive. Unfortunately, they were missing the ice cream, chocolate sauce, and whipped cream that were advertised. On top of that, they were lukewarm and not very appetizing. The crepes felt heavy in my stomach and were almost cold. When we called to complain, they offered free milkshakes with our next order, but we have no intention of ordering from them again. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant, no matter how tempting the desserts may look in the advertisements. It's a scam.

I reluctantly have to leave a negative review for this restaurant. We reside in the NG9 area and placed an order through Just Eat at 6:30. They informed us of a 1-hour wait, which we were okay with. At 8:10, my partner called to inquire about the delay and received a rude response, stating that our location was at the far end of their delivery radius and the driver was just leaving. After waiting until 9:25, we contacted Just Eat for a refund just as our food arrived. It took the driver 1 hour and 15 minutes to reach us, which is 8 miles away. The food was cold, the crepes were only half filled, and the milkshake I ordered was warm, almost like soup. I used to order from this restaurant frequently without any issues, but this experience, along with a previous order cancellation when they were open, has soured my opinion. 1. If there are delivery time constraints, do not offer delivery to our area. 2. Do not make customers feel guilty for it. 3. Waiting three hours for two crepes and a milkshake is unacceptable. 4. The quality of the food was subpar as well.
