This is a fantastic spot for cookies and coffee. Their cookie cakes are delightful, and the staff is incredibly helpful.

The owner was quite rude to both us and his staff. I wouldn't suggest spending your time at this restaurant!

I showed the staff a picture of what I wanted, specifying the same colors and design but with a different name. The staff member took a photo and assured me they could recreate it. However, when I went to pick it up two days later, I was disappointed to find that they had cut corners on the border, and the design on the cookie cake was far from what I had requested. The handwriting was messy, and the "Happy Birthday" message was placed incorrectly. They could have contacted me if they faced any issues, but they didn’t. I usually order a cookie cake from them every year, and they’re typically great, but this time it just didn’t meet my expectations.

I had a terrible experience today with some young, rude employees at this restaurant. I tried to explain that my coffee was awful, but they didn't even ask if they'd like to remake it or anything. I will never buy coffee or cookies from you again. As a well-known person in Brownsville, I will be sure to tell everyone to avoid your establishment due to the unprofessional behavior of your staff. Those girls clearly lack the experience needed to treat customers politely or to address an issue like my terrible coffee.
