It’s quite frustrating, considering that’s the main reason people come here. To make matters worse, the service from the employees was terrible, and their attitudes were incredibly off-putting. I suggest trying a different branch instead. Clearly, the manager here doesn’t know how to effectively manage their staff.
There was a child trying to collect his order at the pickup station, but the screen wasn’t working and displayed a message saying to wait until the door closed to proceed to the next order. When a parent entered to check on the hold-up, one male employee kept insisting that he needed to enter his code to get his pizza. I had to step in and explain that the screen wasn’t functioning, so the child couldn’t input the code. Even after the kid provided his name, order details, and code, the employee still refused to hand over the pizza. I was there to pick up an order for a church event, and I was initially informed that my order was still being prepared. After being told my order didn’t exist, I was questioned by the same male employee and a female employee four times about what I was there for. I repeatedly explained that I was picking up a DoorDash order for a church. After a frustrating 15-minute wait, the guy finally said he didn’t know what I was talking about and that they didn’t have that order, which upset the customer who had already paid for it. It took several trips inside the restaurant and multiple arguments with the employee before I finally showed him a screenshot proving the order and payment. Only then did he say, “Oh, I was packing your order right here.” When I confronted him about why he claimed there was no order when there clearly was one, his excuse was simply, “Oh, I forgot to press the button.” If your employees aren't happy with their jobs, they should seek work elsewhere—somewhere they don’t have to interact with the public. Remember, these employees are the face of your company and the first point of contact for customers. If you expect repeat business with this kind of poor attitude and service, you’ll be closing your doors very soon.
Is this really worth the $25 I spent? I called to order a deep dish ultimate supreme pizza and wings from a guy named Juan L. Take a look at the first photo—looks like his fingers were all over my food! On top of that, the pizza tastes terrible. The quality of the food is really poor. I strongly advise against ordering from this place. Never again! It was a bad experience.
I order pizza and for some reason they can never get my order correct and I end up calling and they can't do nothing about it
Manager needs to work on his customers service was very rude!!!!
