Becareful when ordering they will upcharge you if your not paying attention for your order they will give you a large drink instead of the regular size, always tell them what sz combo they wont ask. This was through the drive thur. Service is good but watch out.

Guess next time I'll ask for med size frys in a large container so i wont get charge for up size even think medium size has more frys ..

I ordered an A1 double meat burger expecting it to be substantial, but was disappointed to find a small, skinny burger in my bag (similar in size to a value menu burger from McDonald's, like a Mcdouble). The sizing of the A1 burgers was not impressive at all and I found it to be misleading compared to the picture. I would recommend sticking to their classic options, such as the Hungerbuster.

There were 8 of us at the restaurant, but not all of the kids received their dilly bars because we were told they had already given out the limit of 5, which was not true. The adults also had trouble getting the sundaes that were supposed to come with our meals. The night crew was terrible and rude.

I experienced a lengthy wait for my drive-thru order at this restaurant. I requested an extra-long chili dog combo without cheese, onion, or mustard, just chili. Despite being there from 7:27pm to 7:46pm, nearly 20 minutes, my order was still not ready. They directed me to the unmanned second window to wait for my order, explaining that they were waiting on the fries. However, four customers who arrived after me were able to pay for their orders, receive their food, and drive away before I received mine. It was surprising to me that a fast food restaurant selling burgers, fries, and desserts could run out of fries during dinner time. Additionally, I was puzzled as to why it took them so long to cook a new batch. I suspect that my order was forgotten after being moved to the empty second window.
