Carl's Jr. - Brownsville

I’m really impressed with how much this place has improved. I had been frustrated with it for over a year due to undercooked meat and other issues. However, I'm pleased to say that this restaurant is now better than the other Carl's Jr. locations in the valley.

However, I couldn’t give it a full five stars because the staff didn’t seem particularly engaged or happy, which affected the overall atmosphere. It felt like they might have had a rough day. On a positive note, the manager—who I believe wore a different colored shirt—was very friendly and attentive to customers, which really brought some energy to the place. I think the staff could learn from him. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, and the team clearly puts in a good effort to keep it that way. Overall, it’s a solid place to eat with good food and decent options on the menu. The prices are average for a burger chain, making it quite affordable.

I tried her Beyond Burgers with the meatless patty, and I was quite impressed. It actually has a flavor reminiscent of some exotic meat. While it's not quite as good as beef, if I were looking to avoid meat for any reason, this burger would be a great substitute and I'd feel like I wasn’t missing out at all.

I wasn't with Carls. Now that they new owners and new crew I decided to go today and order my favorite of the western Bacon Burger.. it was delicious. Great service. The food was hot and fresh as I like it. Congratulations to the new General Manager Abby. Go on.

I had forgotten how great the burgers were there! The staff was polite and attentive. The fountain drinks tasted great and i thoroughly enjoyed my chargrilled burger. The fried zucchini was surprisingly delicious..i will visit more often Oh and i loved the playlist!! Great tunes
