Tina's Traditional Tours - Brownsburg

When the store was open in Carmel it was a lovely place for my Bridal Shower in 2019. I was disappointed it closed during the pandemic because we planned trips back there once everything opened. I noticed last month you can order items online, which I did. However, I never received them after a few weeks, even though the order said it had shipped. I notified them about it via their email provided, and never heard back. I paid via PayPal and was able to file a case directly with the seller. As soon as the documents were sent, my order was cancelled with no note from the seller. And no refund. However, even though I immediately responded asking when I'll receive my refund, they have again chosen not to answer. I will escalate the issue next to PayPal to resolve if I don't hear back in a few days. Unfortunately, it seems that while the tea room was a success, it appears they aren't equipped to be an online store. A simple apology and a refund doesn't seem to much to ask. So far, I have received neither.

0/5 I absolutely hate the Derbyshire beef pastries. There is zero seasoning added, not even salt. Maybe you should taste your products before stealing money from my mom ruining my evening.

This has been one of my favorite places to eat and relax and hang out with friends. Highly recommend the Secret Garden tea. Love the food. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

We walked in and the young lady greeted us with “what are you trying to do”... to which I responded “uhhhh, drink tea i guess”. She then told us they close at 4, but the kitchen closes at 330 (it was 328)... so we didn’t know if we could get tea and not food or what... so we just left. Really disappointed bc this place looked sooo amazing online!! Probably wont be back since we came from out of town (cincy).

Delicious English fare in a delightfully decorated location. Try the high tea and for sure get the lemon and elderberry cake for dessert! Lovely place and great service too!
