Contribuiți la feedbackI am not usually one to publish reviews, but according to today's experience in qdoba these five stars are very justified. a challenging woman came into the restaurant with an obscene number of orders. the employees did their absolute best to record them while still working on online orders and with other customers. they treated them and their unauthorized frustrations with nothing but professionalism. all the things that were taken into account, their speed, efficiency and food quality were absolutely at the point tonight. Many thanks to the staff and the way to stay calm under pressure. I'm sorry they have to deal with the public.
I was 3 times in the last 3 weeks at this place and every time they were from Taco salad bowls, I went to another place. Today I called and said they had them. When I arrived there, the doors were locked and when someone finally got a job, I was told that they only made online orders. there was no sign on the door, nor did they tell me when I called them to do the online order 3 times, and it just said something was wrong. when I called and explained that this was my 4th visit, the manager said that nothing could be done, even tho I could easily see how they took my order on the side door and charged my debit card. I called back a few minutes later to get the name of the manager and was hanged twice. for the third time, she said her name was shaky. the customer service at this place stinks and the half of the time they out of many of the items. this website could do much more business when it was properly managed and to add something funny when u go to menu highlights, it shows someone's personal photo of chips with the caption soggy oily chips with too much salt no warning as it is on the menu!
The hope was anomaly today. used foil to cover shells, instead of lids (which the subscriber called after our made) many of the choices were empty or very low. the entire Prep area was inadmissible. No one seemed interested in helping in front. the only person working on food preparation used a foot long knife to cut hand held small tomatoes. and finally needed the eating zone cleaning. in general, this location is good and the workers are efficient and personal. I hope it's better next time.
Just barely okay. Everything that Iwas served was scraped from the bottom of the container. Food was slopped into my bowl. Not much chicken in my salad. Infact, i came home and added some grilled chicken to it. There seemed to be only 2 girls actually working while the line piled up. I have never had Qdoba before so I thought I would try it. Looks like I will be going back to Chipotle. I won't waste my money here again. Wish I would have read the reviews here before stopping tonight.
Save your cookie cutter response.We gave them three different opportunities and each time we were on the losing end.Food handed to us with the bag sideways and the lobby door locked upon arrival with the employees clueless to the fact that at least four people are standing at the door.I know.... blame it on covid, inexperienced or short staff but there are zero excuses for not taking care of the paying customers.Supper excited to see you arrive in Brownsburg but now we could care less.All of the reviews are pretty much the same which indicates no leadership action taken
