Everything was prepared nicely and arrived warm and securely packaged.

The fries were ice cold and it was clear they had been sitting out for a while. The onion rings were passable. However, the Original Chicken Sandwich Meal was excessively salty, and the lettuce was notably soggy.

They really don't seem to care because they constantly mess up the sandwiches. It's disappointing, especially after spending extra money.

French fries were stale. I ordered enough to get the bogo double cheeseburger but did not receive my second burger. I fed the kids but had to make myself a pb&j. Not happy.

I ordered sauces for my 8 Pc. Chicken Nuggets and 9 Pc. Chicken Fries Meal but they didnt send any sauces. And the nuggets were hard as rocks, seamed old...
