HONG KONG BUFFET - Brownfield

Best Chinese cuisine in west Texas! they would think a small city like brownfield would not have good restaurants, but honk kong buffet is amazing! not too many options, obviously a small restaurant, but eating is a must try!

Placed 2 commands to chow my noodles and they gave me 2 bowls of cauliflower? not a single nude to literally all just hot watery cauliflower found, I don't know how it was so badly grounded.

About 7 tables. the service was good, but the selection of food was quite limited for the buffet, which is what we came in. they were not refreshed/as we would expect. worse, it wasn't hot. the ice cream was frozen and almost empty, so it could not get any ice from the tubs. the very small one I scratched out, tasted old, those who order dinner from the menu can have another experience. I don't think we're back.

It Said Chinese Buffet, but it was far from Chinese. I travel extensively and this is by far the worst Chinese buffet. I usually give Chinese buffets a pass as they are a buffet. I am not sure what one dish was but I thought it was suppose to be sweet and sour chicken. The sauce for the sweet and sour was was french dressing. The food was bland had no taste and if it did, it wasn't the Chinese flavors you would expect. If traveling south to Seminole there is a much better option there.

3 stars is pretty good from me since I have lived in East Asia for many years. Friendly service, and they do pretty good in keeping the trays full. Food is pretty good.
