I missed a large part of my order. I had to go back to get the stuff. the service manager did not seem worried. he was the one who fulfilled the order. my food was cold when I came home. very disappointed by customer experience. Online menu is not like the one on the drive thru. it will take a while until I return to this place.
I can't complain that they are polite, but it cost $32 for a 10-part family meal, then I had to wait 20 min for the huh, which I could understand when they were busy, had to put several containers to carry what I ordered. When I came home, I found that 1/4 of my order was wrong or lacked what they repaired, but I had to go back there and when I came back, I had soggy-Fries and had to warm up the huh that had very little taste.
It's ok when the employees aren't being rude, and rushing you to order, the Manger is an amazing person to talk to
I was pretty hungry and everything else was closed. I order strips and a 3 price and a thing of sweet tea and that young man behind the counter was so helpful he carried my tea and diet coke thing cause my hands were full back to my truck. He was awesome and very helpful. I will definitely be back. Wish there was more people like him
