Subway - Broussard

This place is going down hill, the employees used to be so friendly but now I don't know what they did but they need new staff. When you tell someone that the wrong topping and u keep it on the sandwich and then when I asked for it to be taken off u get mad. No sir, if thing don't change I will be finding a new subway.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY, on several occasions, and multiple different accounts, they haven't toasted ANY of the sandwiches on my mobile orders. Then when i called they tried to tell me its just cold because it was a pickup order, like i cant tell the difference between toasted and not toasted bread. the only reason i give 3 stars for service is because they were very polite and refunded my order. otherwise, they think they can just be lazy and not make people's food the way they ordered, because they aren't there watching them.

Failed to prepare food as ordered on multiple occasions. Check your online orders before leaving.

Hands down my favorite subway! From nyc- sd- la... this subway makes these whopper sandwiches the workers always have good vibes when we come late after a baseball game with family chaos!

This Subway is great. Employees are friendly, food is made to expectation, and the restaurant is very clean. Will recommend it to others.
