The lovely girl Laini was incredibly quick with my order and provided me with much better service than I’ve experienced at Popeyes before. She ensured I got exactly what I wanted and even gave me two napkins instead of just half of one, which she definitely deserved praise for. However, I must take back my earlier compliment because when I returned to the store today, the same staff member was behind the counter, and I witnessed her grab my chicken and spit on it. Disappointing.

I paid for our orders, but then the cashier informed me that they were out of the spicy chicken and that I would have to wait or settle for mild. I agreed to the mild option. After receiving my receipt, I found out that the extra charge wasn’t just 30 cents—it was actually a dollar more. Although it’s a small amount, I felt frustrated because I wasn't informed about the pricing accurately. Overall, I’m giving this place two stars; the food is good, but the service was disappointing.

We normally don't get down at the store but OMG when we did it was visible not dim (lighting) the kitchen was clean u cld have eaten off the floor. The crew members was very polite and knowledgeable about their product and let me know how to save cash. I would sit and eat anytime.
