Jy dors regulierement en deplacement pro, I would separate the restoration activities and the hotel industry. After a nightmare in the kitchen several years ago, the restoration is simple but excellent (the meat is exceptional) for what is in the hotel industry, it ages and the average breakfast. The boss is a real institution. I'm not talking about the price, it's my employer who runs.
