Pizzeria Sofia (dix30, Brossard)

The food is consistently delicious—definitely a great meal. However, I was disappointed with the service and the noise level. I tried making eye contact with our waitress several times to get her attention, but she was too busy chatting with other staff. I even had to ask another server to fetch her. Additionally, the music was quite loud, making it difficult to have a conversation, and it seemed to only get louder as the evening went on. I will definitely return for the food, though!

We decided to leave the restaurant without placing an order. We were not greeted by the manager or owner, which set a negative tone for our visit. The service from him was very disappointing. Our table was situated right next to the restroom at the entrance to the kitchen, making it quite uncomfortable due to the heavy foot traffic. When we inquired about moving to a different table, he refused our request despite the availability of other seats.

The only suggestion I have is to serve the lamb chops as part of a meal because they were absolutely delicious.

I want to express my gratitude to the staff for maintaining a safe environment for my kids while they celebrated a 15th birthday on their own. They stayed in touch with me during the bill payment and even arranged an unexpected celebration with a cake and candles. Thank you so much!

The pizza was amazing! Unfortunately, the espresso was disappointing and served cold. Nevertheless, I would still come back.
