Cineplex Cinemas Brossard Vip

A very good service. we had more than an hour before the movie to eat and had made a reservation for a table. the restaurant was empty, no one has received us, so we sat on a table. it took more than 20 minutes before someone came and our order and more than 30 minutes to receive it. I had to eat my teller in 10 minutes because the movie started and that was not a record that could be eaten in a dark theater. the manager was unapologetic.

Man of my friends have asked about my experience and i told them it was a waste of money. Here are my issues and not all entirely the fault of Cineplex. 1. Ticket price 23$ for no added value than other movies except for the fact that i can order my food at additonal cost 2. Seats are like normal cinemas except it had a table) 3. I ordered my food 30 min in advance and my food came 20 min into my film all i ordered was popcorn +drink) 4. When i got there at 615pm for my 730 movie the guy said i can go to my cinema and sit and order food but when i got there the movie was still playing...when i went back to the guy he said "oh well the movie is probably not finished yet) therefore we went to 3 brasseur and ate there instead. 5. The seats are not what i expected and the screen was not that bug so not sure what the VIP experience is Unfortunately i did not see why i would sepnd 23$ versus 12$ at guzzo...

The service at this restaurant was terrible. We had made a reservation for a table more than an hour before the movie, but when we arrived, the restaurant was empty and there was no one to greet us. We decided to sit at a table ourselves, and it took over 20 minutes for a server to come and take our order. Our food took more than 30 minutes to arrive, leaving us scrambling to finish our meal in just 10 minutes before our movie started. The manager showed no remorse for the poor experience.

The food was below average, not worth the price. It was very disappointing. However, the atmosphere at the cinema was great!

I thought by booking a table (for the first time in my case) that I could see the film I had chosen. And to my surprise, NO. He wasn't available at the VIP. I find that the website has misinformed me and I will never return. You lost customers.
