Burger King - Brossard

I waited in the drive-thru at Burger King on Taschereau in Brossard from 7pm to order, only to be told at 7:30 that they couldn't serve me because it was past their closing time. Despite there being at least 5 cars behind me, I was turned away. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a restaurant, and I always questioned how this Burger King managed to stay in business. Needless to say, I will never be returning.

We arrived at Burger King around 9pm and found a lot of chaos inside. There were a few customers in line before us, but it appeared that the staff didn't know how to handle the situation. It took a long time to place our order and the seating area was completely roped off, so we couldn't even sit down to eat, even though the restaurant wasn't closing for another hour. The other customers ahead of us were forced to stand around the drink machine to eat their food. Overall, we were very disappointed with the experience.

This is the best Burger King I have ever been to. The sandwiches look like the ones from commercials and ads, and they taste fresh. My entire order was made fresh, and the staff is bilingual in English and French, making the visit even more enjoyable.

Sympathetic employees, fast service, decent food but the chicken nuggets are a waste of bread crumbs. Cold in the restaurant, though. Might return, but will not go out of our way

Employees hav no personality at all. I use to manage this store many years ago and the standards we observed then, do not exist today. We had live and there was action in this store. A broken booth in the store, snow on the sidewalks, messy tables. The food is ok I guess. I think the absence of a good manager is the reason for this boring location. Oh, and no music at all. If I had to pay full price without specials, I wouldn't go back.
