The restaurant provided inadequate service and poorly prepared food. Despite requesting medium rare beef, I was served overcooked, low-quality meat. The tacos were undercooked and the enchiladas lacked flavor, with possibly frozen meat. Overall, the food was unappetizing and bland. I do not recommend dining here.

Every time I visit this restaurant, the service is always slow. I received an email promotion offering a free starter or one of three different cocktails. My wife and I had other restaurant options, but we decided to come here to take advantage of the offer. However, it turned out to be a real scam. The waitress needed assistance from a manager because I was supposed to obtain a QR code for the freebie from my email, but the system did not recognize me despite multiple attempts. The manager acknowledged that there must be a bug in the system and promised to report it to management. The only positive aspect of our lunch was that the food was good.

I was disappointed with the pushy upsell tactics regarding the margaritas at this restaurant. They informed me they were out of the silver option and tried to convince me to upgrade to the gold for an additional $2. When I requested to purchase the gold margarita at the silver price, my request was denied.

Worst restaurant. They will delete your review if you have something truthful to say.. so I can expect mine to be deleted too. This test bar is nothing but a money hungry place that forces you to buy food or they won't serve. We came to have drinks beers and mojitos only to be told to leave because we dosnt order food. This not a bar but a money hungry awful restaurant needing people to eat so they can get more money because they shoo away everyone unless you eat. Worst restaurant policy ..customer service and management needs to change immediately or quite simply don't be a bar!

The worst restauranot policy. We can't even rate the food because we came to get cool refreshing drinks only to be kicked out because we were not buying food from their restaurant. That alone shows the quality of the restaurant. Give your money and go to a place that cares about customers and not just about money. This is the worst restaurant policy and they will never have us come there. Worst way to win customers over best way to lose business!
