Mcdonald's - Brooksville

I was very pleasantly surprised how friendly the staff was. It was at 6:00 on Saturday (3/25/17). I just got coffee, but it was good and fresh. The restaurant was also very clean including the bathroom. Great staff! Keep the smile and the friendly settings!

Rainy day, but sunny personalities everywhere. Woman at the front doors crashed the chaos left of wet customers. She advised us to be careful and said it with a big smile. Our checkout was very efficient and pleasant. Ordering came fast and both egg McMuffins were delicious. The bathrooms were also clean.

Good crispy chicken sandwiches. Big portion of frits. Excellent customer service.

We really enjoyed our experience here at this point. The bathrooms and dining areas were super clean. There were also great customer service all employees were super friendly, especially the cashier I think is named Patti.

The woman working back drive was an absolute angel. She was very respectful. Extremely helpful navigating the rewards/points system. She deserves to be recognized for her wonderful customer service. My visit was 9th May 2022 at 730am
