I visited this location with my children . The service was great! The gentleman at the counter was very kind and patient. I don't usually eat McDonald's, but we will visit again! I've visited this McDonald's multiple times, and the experience is consistently disappointing. The customer service is the worst I've ever encountered! When I place my order at the drive-thru, I move to the first window where they accept my payment without saying a word. At the second window, it’s the same silence. Whatever happened to a simple "Hi," "Thank you," or "Have a nice day"? The staff should remember that their paychecks come from customers. The management really needs to step up, as it seems either they are unaware of this issue or just don’t care. I will be choosing to go to Jack in the Box across the street instead, where the staff is more attentive to their customers!

This is an outstanding restaurant with a fantastic staff. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars!
