Nice experiences with good wait staff and very body, will go again. Even if it means that I have to drive from flushing to Bk！！！！jiaming is very good！！！！

I was drawn in by the delightful aroma wafting from this restaurant as I passed by. I think it might be the adorable bear-shaped butter that caught my attention! The broth we chose, Yuan Yang Broth, features two sides and is simply beautiful. It was a busy night when we visited, and they utilized a waiting QR code system with live updates, which was pretty impressive. They accept various cards, including Visa and Discover. Most of the food comes from the bar area, which also has a sauce station. Plus, there’s complimentary fried food available! You can select either a seafood hotpot or a regular hotpot, with about a $20-25 price difference. If you opt for the special seafood, the server will fetch it for you. There are free sodas at the bar as well, and the cute interior adds to the charm. To top things off, you even get free ice cream at the end of your meal!

This is my favorite hot pot restaurant in Brooklyn. I've visited several times with friends, and each experience has been fantastic. The highlight here is definitely the soup base, which is more flavorful than what you'll find at other hot pot places—this might be why they charge for it. They offer a great selection of soup bases; I usually stick with the spicy and tomato options. What sets this restaurant apart from other all-you-can-eat (AYCE) hot pot spots is their food display. They keep the ingredients in a refrigerator, making it easy for us to see and choose whatever we like. For seafood, you'll need to place an order with the waiter, who will retrieve it from the kitchen for you. The service was excellent as well; our soup and water were refilled multiple times without having to ask. After our meal, they even offered us complimentary ice cream. There were many flavors to choose from, and I opted for the orange one since it’s a bit unique. A tip: make sure to make a reservation, especially on weekends, to avoid long waits. It tends to be busy during my visits, and when I haven't made a reservation, I've often ended up on a waiting list. That’s definitely not ideal for anyone who’s hungry!

This all-you-can-eat (AYCE) hotpot experience stands out because you have to serve yourself from a mini food bar. The only items you can specifically order are beef or lamb if you choose the least expensive Hotpot Buffet, priced at $23.99 for lunch and $28.99 for dinner. If you opt for the AYCE seafood buffet—which includes shrimp, sea mussels, crabs, red clams, salmon, cuttlefish, clams, sea snails, wagyu, tender beef, beef tongue, duck tongue, boneless duck feet, oysters, bullfrog, and scallops—it's $40 for lunch and $46 for dinner. There's also a station where you can make your own sauces and grab fried Mantou (Chinese sweet bread), sweet potato fries, and Youtiao (Chinese doughnuts). However, I found it disappointing that the sauce and dessert stations closed over an hour before closing time, especially since my group was still there at 9:45 PM and wanted to try the fried Mantou with condensed milk. On a positive note, they offered us ice cream to finish, with flavors including Vanilla, Chocolate, Mango, and Strawberry. Most of the canned drinks are complimentary, which I thought was a nice touch, so I enjoyed a can of Sprite and iced tea. My main issue with the place was that the selection for the Regular Hotpot was quite limited compared to what you could get at Laojie or 99 Favor Taste for a more reasonable price. Additionally, the beef took a long time to arrive, and the slices were cut very thin. Overall, it was a decent place for the experience, and I would definitely return to try their Seafood Hotpot. Also, I must mention that the chopsticks were notably large!
