Windsor Tavern - Brooklyn

Always packed and for a reason. I felt like I was in someone's house while seating inside. Is very cozy. The food is very tasty and the owner has curated a great selection of drinks. New favorite spot.

The yum yum rice is so delicious. I wanted to eat it all but it was a large portion so I brought the rest home for a snack later. Someone also had the special pumpkin tortellini which I tasted and loved. The bottomless iced tea is great also. My first time there but I know I'll be back!

Meh is the best way to sum it up. I would say average food, nice ambiance and good service. There's really no standout on the menu. In fact, the menu is all over the map with Mexican, Italian and American classics and lacks an identity. It's a bit confusing but the electric mix just doesn't add up. One big plus, they have frose.
