Restaurant did not follow directions on preparing or delivery

I called on the phone and the lady who answered the phone was demanding she charge my card for a tip I explained to her it's optional and it is at my discretion to give a tip I had every intention to give a tip but just because she insist I stiped eating their the customer service sucks and will never eat their again they need to learn how to talk to people so rude

Always enjoy my food them and get a nice amount, friendly restaurant owners and delivery tends to be quick too! :

The delivery guy is so rude and he was keep telling me to give him more tips ? the costumer service is really bad they should change the delivery guy

Edible food but who are the people saying customer service is great. They are very unfriendly and if you ask for extra sauce in a container or salt they act like they don't understand and either say no or wave you off.Also the outside of the restaurant looks dated and inside looks like they never clean. Only good is that it's close to me.
