Sweet Chick Brooklyn

Last day in new york. we've been hitting time before we conquer our flight to home. we had a wonderful coffee from jemen and the owner beat sweet chick as one.

What about these low reviews? I begebe chicken waffles. it's 10 o'clock, I'm in brooklyn and I know I can throw a stone and hit some hipster spots.

I was a sweet chick fan since it opened and was a frequent patron. I haven't been at this place since covid (2020). as my friend decided to visit.

My boyfriend and I went to the restaurant on Bedford Ave. When we arrived, no one greeted us, so we went to the bar. A thin Black man asked if we were dining in, and we told him we were getting takeout. He left the bar and was replaced by another man (likely Hispanic/white). After we decided what we wanted to order, we waited for the man at the bar to acknowledge us, but it seemed like his conversation with someone else at the bar was more important than helping us. Finally, we told him we wanted to place an order and he came over to assist us. After waiting for a while, my boyfriend went back into the restaurant and once again, no one greeted him. Three different people (2 men and 1 woman) made eye contact with him but didn't say anything. He went to the bar and started looking for our order himself before leaving. This is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. This was the worst customer service we have ever experienced.

I like the fried chicken is crispy and meaty. Service is good. Environment is good for young customers.
