Subway - Brooklyn

The staff here are quite unpleasant. If they dislike their job so much, there are plenty of other options available. The customer service is incredibly poor and unfriendly.

I love this place and all the workers I was. Brooklyn most of my life and I have always loved this place and I have seen how they treat others they are very good people

The older woman who works there was quite rude. I initially thought she might have just had a bad day, but I went back today and unfortunately, she displayed the same unpleasant attitude and rudeness once again.

I'm not sure why I returned to this restaurant. My main issues are with the small portions and the rude woman who works there. The decor hasn’t changed either; it's the same two paintings hanging on the walls. I might have been able to overlook the food if it weren't for the unpleasant attitude of the woman in charge. You can see the effect she has on the younger staff members as well; tonight, the young girl assisting her seemed visibly shaken by her senior colleague.

They close an hour early and don't answer their phone. Even with the open sign on an hour before closing time...
