Starbucks - Brooklyn

Dieucks is a franchise, and generally, most locations are quite similar. However, the baristas at this particular one were exceptional. They were patient as I navigated the Starbucks app and did a great job making my coffee. They provided exactly what I ordered, and it was fantastic. Food: 5/5.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The customer service is exceptional, and the staff are wonderful. The atmosphere is delightful, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a coffee after work. The music is always great too. As for the food, I would rate it a perfect 5/5!

I encountered several issues during my visit. There was no toilet paper or soap available, and the floor was wet and had an unpleasant smell. The staff seemed unhappy, and I found myself having to repeat my order three times. Additionally, I had to remind them that I wanted an espresso in my latte. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Had a tough morning. a bit under the weather, so I wore masks. embedded for a cup coffee to relax. I tried to order the new case. I pointed out the poster behind the cash register during the order. the answer was just rude. repeatedly said she can't hear me. While I pointed out to the poster, she did not even try to confirm that I was interested in the product that was published behind her. I wanted to relax. the experience made me even worse! (follow up after owner’s response)I don’t think the service I received followed the Starbucks service training. it would be hard to believe that Toducks has no training for frontline service employees. if the training has not been practiced, further proposals are in vain. Feedback: easy to set up. her ton sounded unfriendly and impatient.2 she interrupted my second attempt with more impatient.3 she ended my nonverbal message ignored. I felt like I was in a rough neighboring bodega.

Needed a place to wait for someone and it was really cold and windy out. Headed to this Starbucks and got a delicious coffee.Food: 5/5
