Starbucks - Brooklyn

Disgusting behavior with bad attitude with miserable and unprofessional behavior .inconsiderate of customers and have a bad attitude and racist behavior.they work dirty.

Ever since the new manager came to that location, this starbucks has gone down hill tremendously!!! They lose every ticket on mobile orders, they will have mobile orders available and lock their door to where you cant get your drinks. When you tell them your drinks are messed up they get an attitude. The manager is extremely rude and very unprofessional. She doesn’t help accommodate for their mistakes nor take accountability for the mistakes either!!!

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for YEARS ! I’ve always received great service but today I got greeted with a complete attitude. I worked in fast food/restaurant industry so I know it can definitely be frustrating sometimes but when you’re working in customer service you need to greet every customer with respect at the very least a ounce of kindness. The girl at the drive through window charged me for the wrong order was very rude ! Also by the time I already paid she tells me they’re out of one of my drinks that had pineapple juice, I said “thats fine, can you just keep the drink the same but substitute the pineapple for strawberry” . After she hands me my drink, it’s completely the wrong drink AGAIN. I said “can you just put starberry purée in it” after I got what I didn’t ask for but paid for I just was fed up at this point so I drove off. This happened at 5:25pm on 03/14/24, I put this because hopefully a manager can coach this employee on her customer service listening skills. People don’t forget the people that mistreated them I just feel bad that this girl will be remembered as a person with a nasty attitude poor communication skills.

Always friendly staff. Very attentive to what you want. If I have a hard time deciding they always recommend.

Treated my daughter to coffee she got the Matcha iced Venti and I got a pistachio Venti frozen. Both of them were made with almond milk and we truly enjoyed them wish that we could do them at home.
