Cecconis in London is crisp, well served, sparkling and appeals to a wide swath of visitors because the restaurant delivers an excellent albeit expensive experience. Cecconis in Dumbo is the opposite mediocre in every way. the staff tries hard but bad interior design and mediocre food makes you feel like you are in a high end college dining hall.
