Ramen Danbo - Brooklyn

As other reviewers shared, I 'd give 5 stars if I could! We came in tonight and knew we had squeaked in just before closing time but got a friendly greeting and a 'no problem ' when we asked to get a couple of vegan ramen to go. The menu has an entire vegan section, again as others have noted, which made ordering completely stress free. We ordered a Miso Rekka Ramen and a Negi-goma Ramen both were so flavorful and delicious, I 'd happily get either again and we 'll definitely be back! Updated from previous review on 2022-05-12

The ramen at this restaurant is exceptional - I would give it a 10 out of 10. I have eaten a lot of ramen in NYC, and this place really stands out. Additionally, the staff are friendly and provide great service.

I was introduced to this restaurant by my daughter, and I have been a regular ever since. They offer a separate vegan menu with several unique ramen options. I thoroughly enjoyed all of them, especially with the additional smoked tofu. I highly recommend this place if you're in Brooklyn.

The ramen at this restaurant is delicious and easily customizable, with plenty of vegan options to choose from. I would definitely return and recommend it to my friends.
