Contribuiți la feedbackTrip to NY would not be complete unless you experience a dessert tasting. Came here on Friday at 1pm. I was the only one doing their dessert tasting. As you enjoy your sweet bites, you are entertained by pastry chefs preparing some of their offerings. I got to see how green tea mille crepe is made. For my main dessert, I got hojicha chocolate soufflé. Everything was delicious.
Very sweet experience! We stumbled into this cute little dessert bar and just tried out their tasting menu. The tasting menu was $28. The lavender mint tea was very refreshing. We started off with a a mix of watermelon and sorbet, good selection for a hot humid day. I selected the black sesame creme brûlée as the next course and very different in a good way. Lastly we have varies of macaron and mixed cookies, not my favorite but a good mix variety. The bar area was very cute, we were able to watch the the chefs make all the great sweet they offer. The tasting menu was unique.
Patisserie Tomoko is pretty awesome. The 3 course set menu at the bar is a nice option to treat yourself to. From the starter to the main dessert to the petit fours, everything is delicious. Especially the black sesame creme brulee with sake ice cream such great complementary tastes. The a la carte options are great too. Cool pastries and cakes.
Great asian inspired desserts. Very light and not too sweet. Favorites are the chestnut tart and yuzu mousse.
Ordered the green tea crepe cake for a family event and it was so fresh, delicious, and came beautifully decorated at no extra cost. Make sure to get your cake order in 3 days in advance.
