I don't really understand why when the place is still close

Platz was closed. closed ruined a first date. number for the restaurant is extra service. they must remove it from their lists.

I can't give them that it's been closed for a while. I usually enjoy the good food and entertainment. I usually go into a group. I was disappointed that I couldn't celebrate the holidays in pan y vino. please let me know when they open again.

The place was closed when we arrived even though we had made a reservation. No alert that it was closed... Have been before and love it but this time... :

I called inquiring about reservations. I gave the person I spoke to details and told him I was going to get back to him regarding the amount of people. I called back, but no one answered and then I had meetings I had to attend to. I then made reservations on line. I received confirmation, and even received an email that same day letting me know what time to be there. This was supposed to be a holiday luncheon for my staff, and when we got there, the place was closed. I was so embarrassed, because I had planned to have this luncheon to get to know everyone. (I was just made supervisor for them in July). We had to scramble and find another place to eat. We found another place near by, but it was not very good. I was so upset and disappointed. I will never recommend this place again. I do not know what happened, but it was very inconsiderate not to inform anyone about this.
