Paloma's - Brooklyn

This restaurant served the most horrible and disgusting food I have ever encountered. I ordered through Uber Eats and ended up throwing out the entire order. I was shocked to receive two orders filled with chicken fat and inedible chicken parts that were supposed to be chicken fajitas. This level of disrespect from a restaurant is unacceptable. They need to maintain standards for what is considered edible. I wasted $60 on this garbage. Just take a look at the picture and judge for yourself if that looks like a decent chicken fajita. This experience was truly disgusting and I will never return to this restaurant again. It was the worst food delivery I have ever experienced.

The atmosphere, the food, the drinks - everything is incredible!! I have been searching for a good Mexican restaurant for months and this place exceeded my expectations. I ordered the steak fajitas and they were delicious. The steak was perfectly seasoned, the rice was cooked to perfection, and the peppers and onions were cooked just right. It was one of the best fajitas I have had in a long time. I can't wait to come back and try everything on the menu. The corn on the cob was so good, I could have eaten three of them! Our waiter was very polite and answered all of our questions. He checked on us without being intrusive, which I appreciate. This is definitely my new favorite spot.

Very disappointing. The food was really good. The meats were nice and tender. I was really excited to see this type of Mexican food in NY. However, super salty. Like why?! And the service was among the worst I?ve had in NY. Looked like it was the owner.But he looked like he had no soul left in him. Didn?t look at us, hardly spoke, was just BAD ENERGY.

A fabulous dinner and margaritas. Best Tacos Pastor I have had since Mexico City. The best was service and the manager Fernando was so welcoming and attentive.. Will come back for sure!

I have been a regular at this restaurant for years and it is always my top choice in NYC. I have sampled nearly everything on the menu and have never been let down; I even find myself dreaming about their food and sangria. The staff is consistently friendly and exceptional, and the prices are very reasonable. I give it 5 stars without hesitation!
